Registration Instructions 

1.  Print the membership card

a. Enter name
b. Enter complete address
c. Enter club name
d. Enter phone number
e. Enter birth date
f. Select only one membership category:

    i.   Membership fee $50.00
    ii.  Honorary playing member fee $38.00
    iii. Honorary non-playing member fee $0

2.  Dues payable to “NEWGA” 

3.  Return completed membership card and dues to the NEWGA Handicap Chair, currently Linda Cawley, at 1235 Hendrickson Avenue, Schenectady, New York, 12309 and notify your club representative you have done this.
