DESCRIPTION:FORMAT: Modified Chapman Scramble   NEWGA member and male gue
 st.\nBoth players tee off. Partners hit each other’s ball. Select a ball
  and play a scramble until the ball is holed.\n\nPar 3 holes: Each player 
 drives. Select one and scramble until holed.\n\nThrough the green\, the ba
 ll may be placed within one club length\, no nearer the hole\, and under t
 he same conditions.\n\nOn the green\, the ball must be placed within 4 inc
 hes\, no nearer the hole.\n\nFLIGHTS:     This event is flight-based on
  the total handicap index of the twosome.\n\nIf a male player is 70 and ol
 der and revision scores (regardless of index) are from senior tees\, he sh
 all play from the senior tees.    Please advise when registering.\n\nHAN
 DICAP:   The handicap is based on 60% of the lower handicap index player
  and 40% of the higher handicap index player. Carry this to one decimal pl
 ace.\n\nA maximum handicap index difference of 10.0 is allowed. The greate
 r index is adjusted.\n\nHANDICAPS: Certified within two weeks of the event
